Health1 is Kaldus’ healthcare system. While every citizen is guaranteed coverage, there might come a time where the customer will need to contact Health1. This is designed to be as simple as possible while still allowing for features. There are a few ways to contact Health1

Customer service will answer general questions about healthcare coverage, and provide for options that they might have. This is intended to provide general questions, and help the customer to make the right decision based on their needs. This can be done by email, and preferred when the information required is not needed immediately. Whereas one will write to cs@health1.ka, they will receive a reply from a unique address. This will be cs followed by a 6 digit number. Therefore, a customer might receive an email from cs473975@health1.ka. Further communication will carry through the representative, and therefore no need to repeat themselves by writing to a general address that is answered by multiple people.
For instances where there is some urgent need, then a telephone number is likely to be the best option. In which case, the customer will call the number, and provide their NIN. This will allow Health1 to lookup the services that they might need including changing PCPs, or requesting a specialist. Health1 insurance is available from 7AM – 7PM. The emergency line is as the name implies for emergencies. This will involved getting approval for services when there is an emergency. Any general calls to the emergency line will be informed to call the general number during business hours.
One will also be able to make changes to their coverage online. One would go to https://health1.ka/login and log into their account. From there, they can review their health profile, and make changes to the doctors they use. They will also be able to research other options with regards to healthcare. This is intended to provide a streamlined service that the customer might otherwise need.
